I never fall apart, because I never fall together.
There are tv shows and then there are some tv shows that you love so much that the cast of characters feels like…(is she really going to go there?) F·R·I·E·N·D·S. The show ran for 10 seasons, from 1994 to 2004. Which means you may have watched the first season when you were say, a sophmore in High School and maaaybe watched the final episode whilepicking out wedding dresses or naming your first child? That’s a lot of formative adult years spent with Joey, Rachel, Ross, Mon, Chandler and Phoebes and thanks to Netflix we can pick up right where left off…travel back to Central Perk and remember when…we brought that picture of “the Rachel cut” (what were we thinking?) to our hair stylist and she let out a “not again” sigh. So you better believe we are here for the 25th anniversary merch and celebrations and we are definitely going to tribute craft.
Smelly Cat probably doesn’t need an intro but I have linked a little clip just in case you are in need of a giggle and here are the lyrics in all their perfect, simple, Phoebe Buffay glory:
I think it was only a matter of time before we answered the “what are they feeding you?” question while simultaneously paying homage to the pop art icon level greatness of the song. I don’t know about you, but I think Andy would approve.
Andy Warhol - Soup Cans
The “Smelly Cat” pop art printable pack comes with 4 pages of paintable/coloring fun: 1 row of cans sheet, a pyramid stack, a single jumbo can, and 14 oz. can labels. You can use the pack like coloring pages or paint them. Pop them in a frame and hang them on your wall. Cut your colored cans out and make greeting cards. Punch holes and string them up like a garland. Re-size them and make fridge magnets. The can labels turns a 14 oz. soup can into 3-D works of art. Make a half dozen Smelly Cat Chow cans and they become the perfect party prop!
